After welding the assembly together, we applied a black organic painted finish and then marked the tray with white lettering. The tray featured finished dimensions of 4.38" in length x 3.1" in width, and both in-process and final dimensional inspections validated we met the ±.008" tolerance requirement.We produced 500 units within a 5-6 week turnaround time.
